• How much does a private tour cost?+

  Private tours start from $329 USD per group (not per person), depending on the tour, the boat and your group size. Message us your date and group size on WhatsApp and we send a clear, final quote before you pay anything.

• Is the boat really just for us?+

  Yes. Every tour is 100% private: one group per boat, always. No strangers, no shared schedules. The route, the music and the pace of the day are yours.

• How does booking work?+

  Simple: message us on WhatsApp, we confirm availability and send a clear quote (free, no deposit needed to ask). A deposit confirms your date and the rest is paid the day of the tour. Cancel free with at least 48 hours (2 days) notice.

• Where do tours leave from?+

  Most boat tours depart from Marina Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, or Los Muertos Pier. We pick whichever works best for where you're staying. For private tours, we can also arrange hotel pickup or a custom meeting point. Message us your hotel name and we'll sort it out.

• What if the weather is bad?+

  Safety decides. If weather conditions put the life or safety of anyone on board at risk, we refund 90% of what you have paid. If conditions are safe, the tour goes ahead as planned. The call is always made for safety, not convenience.

• How do payments work?+

  A deposit is required to confirm your booking and the rest is paid the day of the tour. We accept transfers (USD or MXN), cash (USD or MXN), and most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. We send the payment details once you message us on WhatsApp.

• Do your captains speak English?+

  Yes. Every tour runs in English or Spanish depending on the group. Our team is fully bilingual, so you can ask questions, plan the day, or just relax. Whatever feels right.

• What's the cancellation policy?+

  A deposit is required to confirm your booking; it protects your date and our crew's schedule. Cancel with at least 48 hours (2 full days) notice and your deposit is refunded. With less than 48 hours notice, the deposit is not refundable.

• Can we build a custom tour?+

  That's most of what we do. Tell us what you're picturing, whether it's a sunset proposal, a bachelorette day, a family snorkel trip, or a full-day island hop. We build it around your group, your timing and your budget.

• What should we bring?+

  Sunscreen (reef-safe if possible), a towel, a swimsuit, and any drinks or snacks you want on board. We provide ice, soft drinks, light snacks, snorkel gear when needed, and a Bluetooth speaker. Bring your own playlist.

• What size groups can you host?+

  Depends on the boat. Private tours fit anywhere from 2 to 25 guests comfortably. For larger groups like bachelor parties, corporate retreats, or family reunions, message us and we'll match you with the right boat or yacht.

• Can we add food, drinks, photos, or jet skis?+

  Yes. You can add an all-inclusive open bar with a chef-made menu, premium bottles, professional photos with optional drone shots, jet skis, a personal chef, snacks and celebration cakes, and extra hours on the water. Pricing depends on your boat and group size, so message us your plan and we send a quote the same day.
