These terms govern the private tours and experiences booked with Todo Chido Tours. By booking, you agree to them.
The service
Todo Chido Tours arranges private boat tours and local experiences in Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay. Prices shown on this site are starting points per private group; the final price, route and availability are confirmed directly by WhatsApp before any booking is final.
Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed once we agree on date, group size and price, and any deposit is received. Accepted payment methods are shown during the booking conversation.
Cancellations and weather
Cancellation terms are shared at the time of booking and on our FAQ. If conditions are unsafe on the water, we reschedule for another day of your trip or refund you in full. We do not run tours when it is not safe.
Safety and responsibility
Guests follow the captain's safety instructions at all times. Activities on the water carry inherent risks; participants take part at their own risk and may be asked to sign a liability waiver. Todo Chido Tours is not liable for personal items lost on board or for conditions outside our control such as weather or port closures.

The text, photos and brand on this site belong to Todo Chido Tours or are used under license. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, with jurisdiction in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
